Gorgeous day!

November 7th, 2009 at 07:49 pm

(Don't read if you are having lousy weather wherever you are, because I don't want to depress you!)

It's GORGEOUS here today!!!! Mid-70's with quite a stiff breeze, but it's hardly November weather at all. I'm loving it. I spent the morning listing some things for sale online, while waiting around for someone to call me back about something I already had listed. We exchanged emails and a phone call, and they were going to call back. (they never did, no big surprise). Then I ran a bunch of errands, including a few yard sales. My steal of the day was 2 pairs of Lee jeans for $1.45. It was 75 cents a pair, but when I emptied my pocket I was a nickel short. I think and hope they are the right size. I have a dresser drawer full of jeans that are a size or two smaller that I bought cheap at yard sales thinking they would fit. They would, if I would just lose 20 - 25 pounds!

The mail today brought my coupons that I had purchased on eBay to use up some expiring eBay Bucks I had accumulated, so that was a good mail day.

Now I'm headed out to enjoy the day!

Our weather guy said today was going to be a beautiful day everywhere but in the Pacific northwest. Sorry, Seattle people!

I live in the South Pacific Northwest (Northern Coastal California), it started out rainy, then the sun came out so it ended nicely. Last week, however, was gorgeous.

We had a beautiful Saturday here in central Texas. Not too hot, not too cold. Loved it!
